Plus+HEAT - ammonia heat pump
Mayekawa offers a range of ammonia heat pumps offering high quality hot water up to 85℃(185℉).
Available as reciprocating and screw compressor packages these units can act as standalone units using a waste water or geothermal heat source. They can also be integrated into an existing refrigeration system as a heat recovery application.

Ideal freezing (or chilling) for all kinds of products.
Impinging jets are used in addition to the conventional air blast freezing system for a straight continuous tunnel freezing system that reduces freezing (or chilling) time from 1/2 to 2/3 of the conventional time.
This multi-purpose freezer has two types of conveyor belts - a mesh belt and a solid steel belt - making it suitable for a wide variety of products from liquid or granular products to bagged or unwrapped products.

In the past, deboning of the whole chicken legs was human-labour dependent. We are pleased to say that Mayekawa was successful in automating this process. By simply loading the bone-in leg in it, TORIDAS will separate the bone from the meat, while giving you yield as high as that of manual deboning. Automating the deboning process will provide stability in the quality and yield, all the while satisfying the hygienic requirement.
